SATURDAY, OCTOBER the 18th : A DAY TO DISCOVER THE OIL DOP CASALIVA
The love of the territory and the desire to upgrade its products have always been fundamental values ??for the restaurant Aqua. The perceptible properties and characteristics of the basic products of the Upper Garda find the highest expression in the original recipes of our chef.
The flavors of tradition meet so the ones of the modernity, always in view of the philosophy of sustainability that we have since years. In this context, we announce with joy the Casalivaday, an event which is organized by the Agraria Riva del Garda on Saturday, October the 18th, and focuses on the indigenous oil Casaliva, which is used in our kitchen since years.
The rich program is dedicated to the discovery of quality that makes this light and aromatic oil unique. In the morning there will be a “round table” regarding the topic “the oil Casaliva: Nutrition Facts and territorial identity”, in the afternoon a guided walk among the olive trees, followed by a tasting and in the evening an appetizing buffet.

“WELCOME” - historical narratives of the oli oves Casaliva with Mauro Grazioli, accompanied by flavors of teas from herbs of Monte Baldo in the restaurant Aqua

Tasting of different oils with Furio Battelini of the Agraria Riva del Garda
- 7.00 p.m.
Buffet - “taste differences, accompanied by the right colors and the flavors of the oil Casaliva” created by the Chef de cuisine Massimiliano Arer
